Tried everything but this finally did work for my HTC Desire. Thanks!
I’ve tried both unrevoked 3.21 which gives Missing CID error and unrevoked 3.32 which gives Error failed to get root. Is your firmware too new. When I connect phone in device manager I see ADB interface folder with HTC bootloader inside. I am using Windows 7 ultimate.
