Restore your data

Now that you’re in the new ROM, you can restore the Apps from Titanium Backup.

If you still have your phone connected to the PC, eject it and remove the USB cable and wait a few seconds for the phone to remount (access) the SD Card
Start Titanium (its installed with many ROM’s, if not you can download it from the Market)
Select Backup/Restore at the top of the screen
Click the MENU button and select Batch
Select RUN next to Restore missing apps, then select Deselect all
Look down the list of Apps and tick the ones you want back, make sure you only tick Apps you have installed and not apps that may be part of Android, as you might end up installing an old App over a newer one.
When you have the right list of Apps ticked, select Run the batch operation
If you store your contacts in Gmail they will automatically be restored by Google Synch and you should not restore the contacts with Titanium because that confuses Google Sync
Finally, Reboot (power cycle) your phone.

Once you have running, backup is the best app for backing up and restoring. Backup can do Apps, Contacts, Call History, WiFi settings, Desktop screens and Desktop Layout (but not widgets on the desktop)
